Option 1

Buy from our inventory — no mark-ups

Land we already own and are ready to owner finance. You pay our acquisition price — no service fee added.

    Pick from land we already own. No middleman, no mark-up — the price you see is the price we paid.

  2. 02

    Get prequalified

    Submit a quick form. We confirm down payment, term, and monthly payment in writing.

  3. 03

    Close and own

    Title transfers to you on closing day. You start monthly payments — no balloon, no prepayment penalty.

Option 2

We buy land for you — fee rolled into the loan

Pick any qualifying Texas parcel. We close cash, then owner finance it back to you. Our service fee is rolled into the sale price and financed — nothing extra out of pocket.

    Submit a quick form. We review target county, price range, down payment, and intended use. No credit pull at this step.

  2. 02

    Choose the land

    Bring your own listing, work with a Realtor, or ask us for ideas. Texas land that's buildable, accessible, and has clear title.

  3. 03

    We buy it cash

    Once approved and the land checks out, we close as a cash buyer — quick, clean, no contingencies.

  4. 04

    We owner finance it to you

    We sell the land to you with owner financing. Sale price = our acquisition cost + a service fee that is rolled into the loan and financed over your chosen term.

  5. 05

    You own and pay monthly

    Title transfers. You start monthly payments. Build, hold, or use the land as planned. No prepayment penalty.
